Pressure will not go away by itself- let your worries fit into a to-do-list.

Pressure will not go away by themselves; therefore, So, what you can also do is to do this task "The source of the pressure fitted into a to-do-list."

Before bedtime, try to do a list of the source o itself the pressure which you get lately. you might feel surprised the length of the list. It could include 20-30 items.
  1. Next day morning, try to reclassify the troubles on the list, then find out  the solution and deal with trouble one by one. After sort the thing out, then paint a large cross on.
  2. After sort the things out on the list, you can happily and freely bunch the list into a ball of paper, then throw it in a bin.
 Let's start a list now, mate!
